Sometime after December 2014 the Sciformatix website went dark.[1] On March 10, 2015, Maverix Biomics announced that Sciformatix owner J. Thomas Kent would be joining them as research and development vice president.[2]
As of October 2015[update], the California business license is still active[3], though the business is presumed to be unofficially dissolved.
