(b) Upon parent compound selection, all variants from the parent are shown and also filtered by user specified property values or (c) filtered by selection of a specified region in the scatter plot for further selection of engineered proteins. (d) Administrators, developers or bioinformaticians can customize through the “Edit Report” function and adding or replacing JSON code as needed. |
