Template documentation
Template documentationGoldBookRef is for referencing the Internet version of the IUPAC Compendium of Chemical Terminology, more commonly known as the Gold Book. Parameters are:
- title: title of the Gold Book entry
- file: file number at goldbook.iupac.org in the form file=A00037
- url (optional): full URL of the electronic version, overrides file parameter
- year (optional): the year in which the original definition was published in Pure and Applied Chemistry
Usage
{{GoldBookRef|title=molecule|file=M04002}} or
{{GoldBookRef|title=molecule|url=http://goldbook.iupac.org/M04002.html}}
gives: IUPAC, Compendium of Chemical Terminology, 2nd ed. (the "Gold Book") (1997). Online corrected version: (2006–) "molecule".
