University of Toledo, commonly referred to as U of Toledo or UT, is a public research university located in Toledo, Ohio, United States. The university also operates a health science campus which includes the University of Toledo Medical Center. The university is organized into 14 different colleges and schools offering more than 300 academic programs.[1] UT is classified as a research university with high research activity by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.[2] The university enrolled more than 20,000 students according to U.S. News & World Report's 2016 rankings.[3]
