Figure 3. The Simulation runs view. Each row of the table corresponds to one simulation run which was added to the Arkheia repository. Each column corresponds to a different property of the simulation run. From left to right, the submission date (1) the approximate time when the simulation was executed (2), the label the user gave to the specific simulation run (3), the name of the model that was simulated (4), a link that will bring up a pop with a brief description of the model (5), a link to the view showing the full parameterization of the run (6), a link to the view showing the stimuli presented (7), a link to the view showing the experimental context (8), a link to the view showing the results generated during the simulation run (9), a link for downloading the corresponding Arkheia document (10). User can also filter results based on any attribute within the hierarchical Arkheia document via the “search” icon in the header (11). |
