Annual maintenance support and warranty

Annual maintenance support and warranty (MSW) is an attribute of LIMS or other complex software that is considered not only for a license purchase of the software, but also for a subscription. It is typically priced at about 15% of the license fee, and it is typically available at graduated levels.[1]
