ARDAS

ARDAS is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) designed to "record RNA extraction, RNA concentration, RNA labeling, [and] hybridization of labeled RNA to arrays," as well as manage the "scanning of arrays, printing arrays from oligo or cDNA libraries, and post-processing of arrays."^[1]
