LabLynx KB:transmission error in EFax LIMS component

Problem
There was an outbound issue with the LIMS component EFax where not all sheets being sent were being transmitted. The Transmission Status screen may show that all pages are making it through, but all pages are not actually being transmitted.
Additionally, there was a problem where the order does not come off the Print/Fax order page.
Resolution
If any page of the transmission is bigger than 8.5" x 11", EFax rejects it. This oversize transmission may go unnoticed, especially when generating a .pdf file to be transmitted. Any hidden fields that fall outside the 8.5" boundary on the page to be converted are picked up, widening the .pdf file even though both "Letter" was selected in the Paper Size printer setting and the outside objects had a visibility set to "false".
Also, note that if the transmission is "fax" only, the Print/Fax order screen will continue to show the request and can be faxed repeatedly. If it is "print" or "print and fax", it comes off the page.
