Introduction
LabLynx enables you to add and edit container information.
System administrators use LabLynx ELab to manage container information, including the container name.
Adding or editing container information
The Pre-Treatment Containers List screen displays container information currently defined in the system:
1. From the Pre-Treatment Containers List, select a container name or click New. The system will display the container name screen:
2. Complete the fields of the Container Name area. Fields in bold are required. The various fields are explained below:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Container Name | Enter the name of the container. |
| Description | Enter a description of the container. |
| Composition | Select the composition from the drop-down list. |
| Container Type | Select the type from the drop-down list. |
| Volume | Enter the volume. |
| Unit Name | Select a unit from the drop-down list. |
3. When you are finished, click Save and then Done.
