The analyst work list displays sample test runs currently active in the system for the selected location/department that are accessible by the logged-in user.
Analyst work list
The Analyst Work List List displays a list of all sample test run processes in the system, where the samples have been assigned tests for the user's logged in location:
The user is shown the LIMS sample number, test name, run number for the test, batch number (if it has been batched), current process name, expiration date (based on criteria defined for the respective process), display order, sample test status, and sub-status which is the process status within the test. This screen, more than any, warrants the use of the built-in filter function. By using the filter, the user can search for various specifics and order/group them using multiple criteria.
Supervisor work list
The Supervisor Work List entrance screen displays a lookup for the location and department for the user to define. Once selected, the user may select the Report button, which will redirect the user to the sample test run list screen:
The Supervisor Work List displays sample test runs currently active in the system for the selected location/department. The location/department combination is used to compare all active tests and their assigned location/department combination, displaying those values. Users should be familiar with the location/department, test, and path/process set-up sections of the system.
